Labels for "Hard to Stick To" Materials

Have you ever had problems making a label or sign stick to an item or surface? No matter how hard you press it on, it just keeps coming off. Chances are you are trying to apply your graphic to an item that has a Low Surface Energy or LSE, and simply put, they are hard to stick to. Any product or surface that has a rough, powder coated texture, is made out of plastic or (even worse) Thermoplastic Olefin (plastic with wax in it), is considered to have an LSE surface. Standard vinyl will not stick to LSE surfaces.

But there is a solution: we carry materials that are coated with special adhesives designed to adhere LSE surfaces.

PlaStick will stick to items made of smooth plastic, such as helmets, golf carts, MX bikes and ATVs. PlaStick II and High-Bond will stick to rough textured plastic and powder coated surfaces such as coolers, Pelican cases, and port-a-potties. Over time labels and signs made from these materials may become very difficult to remove.
